This project is a bakery located at the foot of Mt. Yotei in Makkari Village. The owner did all of the work himself, plastering the walls with Scallop Shell Plaster in white. The result is a beautiful finish that suits the atmoshphere of the bakery and has special meaning, having been done by the baker himself.
